The first item of the conference, Deputy Director Xu Haihong made work arrangements for the new semester. To be concrete, he put forward specific requirements for head teachers and discipline teachers in terms of five aspects in that he proposed everyone should work together to actively manage the classes and create a good learning atmosphere. Meanwhile, it's hoped that all teachers and students in Senior Three could adjust their mentality and devote themselves to study and work.

The second item of the conference, Deputy Director Jiang Shengyou made the arrangements of education and teaching work in the new semester, who began by reading out the upcoming exam schedules. Afterwards, Deputy Director Jiang Shengyou reminded the teachers in regard to four aspects to grasp the time to prepare for the exam, keep up with the new situation, meticulously implement the routine work, and seriously treat every paper, every class, every day's evening self-study and every exam.

As to the third item of the conference, Principal Assistant Xu Zuitai delivered a keynote speech in which he initially expected the teachers to implement the work of the Senior High School Division well according to the requirements of the head teachers. Subsequently, Principal Assistant Xu Zuitai made five specific demands as follows: it's hoped that teachers would build up confidence, cultivate more outstanding students, and create new achievements that would satisfy students, parents and the school to break new ground for the 2024 College Entrance Examination.

Last but not the least, when it comes to the fourth item of the conference, Vice Principal Liu Bing made a concluding speech in which he raised requirements to the discipline teachers, the head teachers as well as leaders of the lesson preparation groups respectively. On the one hand, Vice Principal Liu Bing pointed out that in addition to taking regular work seriously, discipline teachers should actively interact with class teachers and care for students.
